Some people attach their anxiety to certain situations or objects, while others experience a general anxiety around many different things.
Overthinking is a key part of anxiety - so whatever a person is anxious about, they tend to get in their head and overthink the situation or experience and often will come up with the worst case scenarios.
Many people dealing with anxiety seem to feel nervous or on edge; maybe their heart is racing, with a feeling of uneasiness or even panic.
The excessive worries, ruminating thoughts, and the feeling of not being able to turn their brain off, often keep them up at night.
If you find yourself struggling with anxiety, don’t lose hope. You can begin to relax, find peace, and not only know but fully believe and feel that things are okay.
You can become more present in your life, without the constant worrying weighing you down.
Without the burden of anxiety, you can begin to get more accomplished and feel good about your productivity. Your relationships will improve; you will feel more comfortable with yourself and more confident in your abilities.
