I take an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Solutions-Focused Therapy, Coaching, and EMDR. Every person is different, as are their therapy needs. I get an understanding of what my client is looking to accomplish and make a therapeutic plan from there. I offer a non-judgmental and unbiased space to talk about anything. I do my best to make my clients feel comfortable, safe, and connected. I bring humor, honesty, and genuine care to every session.

In general, we will spend some time talking about your history/background - think family, experiences, relationships, anything noteworthy from your past. We will discuss what your goals are and things that may be getting in your way of accomplishing them. We will discuss anything that the client wants to address. I like to help my clients figure out where they want to be, and how to get there.
